Sunset Song T-Shirt

Sunset Song is a 1932 novel by Scottish author Lewis Grassic Gibbon, depicting a woman's struggle in a 1910s rural Scottish farming community. Voted the greatest Scottish novel of all time by a poll conducted by the BBC in 2016, and consistently singled out as a classic for its frank and realistic descriptions of sex, childbirth, and life in rural Scotland at the turn of the century, Sunset Song is about a way of life in decline as technology and automobiles and WWI all change the Crofter's toil, and not always in welcome ways. The main character, Chris Guthrie, and the fictional Estate of Kinraddie in The Mearns, go on to feature in two more novels in a trilogy known as "A Scots Quair".

Starring inimitable millenial runway icon Agyness Deyn as Chris, the 2015 Terence Davies film is really very beautiful and definitely worth a watch. We've used a still from the film for this t-shirt.
